Transparency and Best Practice

At Xcalibur Foundation, measuring and evaluating results are fundamental pillars in the development and evolution of our social programmes. Understanding our starting point, monitoring our progress and addressing new challenges are key to the growth and sustainability of our projects.

As a state-level foundation, Xcalibur Foundation carries out its activities in accordance with the applicable legal framework and with the principles of transparency, good governance and accountability. In this context, and in accordance with Law 50/2002 of 26 December on Foundations, its implementing regulations and, where applicable, Law 19/2013 of 9 December on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, we make relevant information and documentation on our activities, organisational structure and institutional purposes publicly available. This commitment to transparency strengthens our responsibility towards society and helps build trust and collaboration with our stakeholders.

We also maintain a firm commitment to good governance practices and accountability, enabling us to strengthen the trust and support of our partners and collaborators, identify areas for improvement and seek to ensure that our actions remain aligned with the needs and priorities of the communities we support.
