WHO WE ARE
The entire executive team strives to fulfill the social commitment that both Xcalibur Multiphysics and Fundación Xcalibur’s Board of Trustees have entrusted to this Foundation, always with a clear international and multicultural component.
All the professionals that make up this team are involved in the design, planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring, and evaluation of the projects that are being developed in each of the defined target countries, always cooperating with local partners.

Pepa – THE HEART
The heart of the team. Coherence, experience and good sense. After having developed her professional career in a big multinational, leading multiple professional teams, she is currently excited to contribute in the field of philanthropy and cooperation, to help improve the quality of life of those who need it most. For her, it is a source of pride, and personal and professional satisfaction, to participate in a project, and be part of a team, that strives to build better life opportunities with education, respect, equality and love at its base.

Javier – THE DREAMER
A tireless leader who strives to make the world a little better every day. He dreams of people becoming more human, more committed, and, to put aside, from time to time, the day-to-day life pressures and demands of an excessively materialistic society, to get involved and contribute with those in need. To be able to combine the vision, planning and professional management of this Foundation, whilst developing and working in what really motivates him, fills him with pride and satisfaction and is a dream come true.

Laura – THE FIGHTER
She is brave and fights for her dreams. Since a very young age, she has been fighting to make the world a better place. With love, family, contribution, curiosity, and respect as her most fundamental values, she has travelled the world helping others, fighting fears, meeting people, learning languages, and hiking mountains. Passionate about the brain, heart and soul, her life purpose is to be her best version, so she can help others with mindfulness, coherence, and passion. Having been involved in all sorts of volunteering projects in different countries, she has endless love to give, and is the proof that the more you give, the more you receive.

Passionate about languages and the vision richness they bring. Convinced that business is the key to changing the future of cooperation, she is willing to be part of the social change that today's problems pose. In love with the countryside (but only on the weekends).

Eager to give the best of herself to create a more committed society! She does this by supporting small initiatives and giving visibility to the voices of the communities we work with, because this is how she believes change can happen. Thanks to her opportunities in life, Iria has been able to study abroad, travel, grow, learn languages, and question the way the world works. She loves coffee, animals, sport, and having a good laugh with her friends. But, above all, she is aware that we all need to help each other to get better. Empathy is the key!

Sergio – THE BOSS
Thanks to Sergio, the Foundation stays afloat! He is the boss of numbers, the one who controls, and the one who brings good vibes, positive energy, and keeps the spirit high no matter what. He controls, summarises, and manages - everything that the Foundation needs to keep pushing forward and make our dreams become tangible projects. He is pure heart, sensitivity, teamwork, ambition... and terrible jokes (although we laugh at them just as much). A lover of football, climbing, the world of finance, and his family, he is a box of surprises. We are lucky to have him.

Rubén – THE WIZARD
The Foundation's wizard…our technology King! Rubén translates our thoughts into actions, and is the one in charge of making the team's ideas come true. He has always been a fan of the computer world, new technologies and applications that continually appear and challenge us every day. When faced with unforeseen issues, bugs or online problems, it is the tech whizz who fixes them. He loves to bring a dose of innovation and interactivity to our team's work. If there is a smarter, more efficient and more productive way to complete a task, Rubén is there to make it happen.
Project Manager (Uganda)
Dyna – THE PASSIONATE
Our Queen. She is a business administrator and a self-taught interior designer. She puts her heart and will into everything she does and is passionate about all the projects she gets involved in. Dyna executes and makes things happen, for real. She has both numbers and words under control, and always manages to achieve what is best for the team. She loves travelling, nature, music, and literature. She is proud and happy to be involved in a Foundation that helps her country’s most disadvantaged communities.

Edmond – THE VERSATILE
An engineer and ex rugby international with a music background. Born with the gift of creativity and problem-solving, he is a creator of wonderful ideas and is always able and ready to solve any task or challenge that the team is faced with. His core values are fairness and equality, and thus being a part of the Foundation fills him with pride and satisfaction. Edmond is actively involved in different volunteering causes and is strongly concerned with the welfare of all humankind and animals. Always a team player!
